Dr. Thomas I. Leininger, also known fondly by his clients and patients as Dr. Tom, has a house call veterinary practice based in Fountain Hills, Arizona. He makes 'house calls' in Fountain Hills, Rio Verde and Scottsdale. Dr. Tom also sees patients from the entire 'Valley of the Sun' through his office in Scottsdale.

He practices what is known as Integrative Veterinary Medicine. This means that he looks at the whole animal and then pulls from different treatment modalities to treat the whole body. These treatment modalities include Traditional Medicine, VOM Chiropractic, Homotoxicology, Homeopathy, Western Herbs, Bach Flower Essences, Hair Analysis and Nutritional Intervention.
